	Kaci Floyd is the newest FNP to join the Primary Healthcare Centers team in Trenton. She has her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Masters of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from University of Tennesssee Chattanooga. Kaci previously worked as an RN in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Chattanooga.

	Jaime Harris has been with Primary Health Care Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2009. She practices at the Rossville office. She received her Masters in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. She has worked at various hospitals throughout the Tennessee Valley.

	Dr. Jose Justiniano is the newest family practice Doctor at Primary Healthcare Centers Rossville location. He has practiced medicine in Northwest Georgia since 2006. Dr. Justiniano received his medical training in Puerto Rico and completed internships and residency programs in Virginia and New York. He holds an MBA from University of Tennessee Chattanooga and was a Medical Officer in the Medical Corps of the US Navy Reserve.
